General terms and conditions of sale

These rates are per night, VAT and service included.
Tourist tax €2.86 / day / person.

The “Organic & Gourmand” Signature breakfast is available as an extra at €20 per person per day.

Our hotel is non-smoking. In the event of non-compliance, a cleaning fee of €200 will be charged.

Pets are welcome for a supplement of €25 per day.

Check-in time: from 3 pm
Check-out time: until 12 noon

For flexible bookings, cancellation is free of charge if made before 3 pm (CET) on the day before the arrival date. After this deadline, or in the event of a no-show, a fee equal to the amount of the first night will be charged as a cancellation penalty.

For non-cancellable and non-modifiable bookings, payment of the full amount is required at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation or no-show, a fee equal to the total amount of the stay will be charged as a cancellation penalty.

All bookings must be guaranteed with a bank card that is valid on the start date of the stay (card number, expiry date and security code).

Credit cards accepted: Visa - Eurocard Mastercard - American Express

To guarantee your reservation, the establishment reserves the right to place a temporary hold on a certain amount on your bank card before your arrival.

At check-in, you will be required to present photo identification together with the credit card used to make the booking. The name on the credit card must match that of the person who booked the stay.

We accept payment by ANCV holiday vouchers.

We do not accept payment by cheque.

We regret that we are unable to accommodate guests with reduced mobility, as the layout of our historic building does not allow it.

Right of withdrawal :

In accordance with Article L. 121-21-8 12° of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), the customer is reminded that they do not have the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 121-21 of the Consumer Code. The Terms of Sale of the booked rate set out the conditions for cancelling and/or modifying the reservation.

Dispute resolution:

After contacting customer service, and in the absence of a satisfactory response or any response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman (Médiateur du Tourisme et du Voyage), whose contact details are as follows:
